Summer Class Registration

Summer tuition is due in full upon registration. Summer Session is 8 weeks long, and the rates are as follows:

Some classes require special shoes or apparel- such as ballet slippers, tap shoes, hip hop sneakers or tights. The tuition rates listed here do not reflect the cost of these items.

Payment Policies

Important information about tuition payments

Where to Pay

Payments can be mailed or dropped off at the studio. If dropped off at the studio, please put checks in the lobby drop box.

Payment Methods

We accept Cash or Check ONLY. Please make checks payable to Dance House Productions.

Due Dates

Payment is due the first class of each month. A $15.00 late fee will be added if payment is not received by the 15th of each month.

Tuition Late Fee

A $15.00 charge will be added to your account if payment is not received by 15th of each month.

Outstanding Balances

Students will not be admitted to class if their account has an outstanding balance past 30 days. All accounts must be paid in full by May 1st to participate in rehearsals/recitals.

Returned Checks

A $20.00 charge will be added to your account for returned checks.

Refund Policy

Tuition, Costume and Registration Fees are non-refundable and non-transferrable. All purchases are final. No refunds for missed/cancelled classes.

Missed/Cancelled Class Policy

No refunds, transfers or credits will be given for any missed/cancelled classes. However, separate private lessons are available at the parents' request.

Dress Code

What to wear for each dance style

Conditioning

Students will be required to have a pair of clean sneakers for class. Students should wear clothing that does not restrict movement. No crop tops please!

Tap

Students will be required to have tap shoes and a pair of clean sneakers for class. Students should wear clothing that does not restrict movement. No crop tops please!

Jazz, Lyrical, Contemporary

Please come to class wearing tight fitting clothing that does not restrict movement. Dance Paws can be worn in class. No crop tops please!

Hip Hop & Breaking

Students must have a clean pair of sneakers dedicated for studio use. No shorts. Students are advised to wear a couple of layers of clothing such as a t-shirt and sweatshirt to act as padding. Knee pads are strongly recommended. No crop tops please!

Acro

Girls must wear a leotard (any style) with fitted shorts, leggings, or joggers. Boys should wear clothing that does not restrict movement. No crop tops please!

Ballet

Girls must wear a leotard (any style) with pink tights. Pink Ballet slippers must be worn on the feet. Hair must be worn in a bun. Ballet skirts, legwarmers and tight-fitting shorts are optional. Boys should wear clothing that does not restrict movement

Combo Classes (Ballet/Tap & Jazz/Tap)

For parents of children in this class: Your child may need your attention from time to time for various reasons including bathroom or behavioral issues. We ask that you do not leave the waiting room when your child is in class- unless first informing the office and making arrangements to have another parent responsible during your absence. We make every effort to have all children feel safe and cared for in a loving and inspiring learning environment.

Tap: : Clean sneakers that are worn only in the studio. Sneakers allow our instructors to better hear young dancer’s sounds. Tap shoes will be worn during the Recital only. Since Tap is first, please have your child in his or her sneakers at the beginning of class. No crop tops please!

Ballet: Students must wear a leotard (any style) with any color tights. Pink Ballet slippers must be worn on the feet. Hair does not have to be in a bun; it need only be worn so that it is out of the face.

Jazz: Please come to class wearing tight fitting clothing that does not restrict movement. Dance Paws can be worn in class. No crop tops please!

In order to prevent property loss, we strongly suggest that Parents with children in this class attach their child’s name to tap shoes and any other footwear/apparel that they bring for this class.

Important: No crop tops allowed in any class. Proper dance attire is required for safety and optimal learning.
